Welcome to this Killer Jigsaw Sudoku Solver

This puzzle has three parts - the clues, the cages and the Jigsaw shaped boxes. Using the solver for your own puzzles will require a little more work on the import side. However, the url parameters are the same as killer with the addition of the shape=X parameter.

This solver and the future Daily Killer Jigsaw will have four new jigsaw shapes designed by Stefan Boumans

Quick help: Using this Solver

You can pick examples from the list above. These are all diabolical or extreme although grade bands may change after final calibration. Click on Take Step to step through the solution. Unknown squares are filled with 'candidates' - possible solutions.
Any cells that are reduced to one possible candidate are solved.

Unlike the other solvers you can only edit the main board when solving. The small board only displays the clues.

Added the Grader button. Feel confident this isn't going to be the CPU hog it once was.

Added 'Hints Mode' next to Take Step. Choose between only revealing the next strategy, just the pattern or just the eliminations.

Swapped the strategy order in the following way: moved 1 cell innies/outies up one; moved cage/unit overlap up one. Added an addition pattern to look for in cage/unit overlap

Sorted out a basic import. You will need to have the Jigsaw definition handy. If this is a custom jigsaw best to make and edit it in the Jigsaw solver. Then copy the string. The [import] button will send you to the same from as [Enter New Killer] just to confirm the killer part is correct.
